In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, using your consulting expertise to drive internal organizational change and manage high-stakes deals with customers. Your deep experience in navigating complex client engagements, structuring multifaceted agreements, and leading strategic initiatives will be key in shaping our growth trajectory.This is not just a support role; it’s a central, hands-on position where you'll be instrumental in driving transformation, orchestrating complex deals, and ensuring seamless execution. Your ability to analyze data, develop compelling strategies, and collaborate across functions will directly impact our success.What you’ll do


  • Deal Structuring & Execution: Lead the creation and execution of complex, high-value strategic deals. Use your expertise in structuring agreements and navigating multi-stakeholder negotiations to ensure optimal outcomes.

  • Strategic Project Leadership: Collaborate with the Transformation Department and senior leadership to drive high-impact projects that align with business goals, delivering measurable results.

  • Data-Driven Strategic Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis and synthesize complex data to provide actionable insights that inform decision-making and optimize deal structures.

  • Process Optimization & Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvements and apply best practices to drive operational efficiency, leveraging your experience in process re-engineering.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Deal Orchestration: Act as a central point of contact across departments, facilitating collaboration to align goals, drive transformation, and ensure the successful execution of strategic deals.

  • Executive Communication & Presentation: Develop and deliver clear, impactful executive-level reports and presentations, effectively communicating strategic recommendations and project progress.

  • Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent, and aligned communications across all parties involved.

  • Strategic Advisory & Thought Leadership: Contribute to the company’s transformation strategy, using your consulting insights and industry knowledge to identify emerging opportunities and drive innovation.

What you’ll need


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of proven experience in management consulting (e.g., Accenture, McKinsey, Bain, Big4), with a strong track record in sales, deal structuring, and project management.

  • Expertise in managing complex, high-value deals and navigating multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

  • Proven ability to handle multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to executive audiences.

  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business results.

  • Proficiency in project management software, CRM tools, and data visualization platforms.

  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving innovation and achieving strategic objectives.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
