Then the ICN Personal Consultation team may be the right fit for you!Recruiting for this role ends on May 25th, 2025.Work you'll doAs a Personal Consultation Analyst, you'll be part of a strong and cohesive team where you will use your analytical, research and investigative skills to:
- Review and evaluate records generated daily through the Time to Holdings process, which compares time reported by professionals to Restricted Entity financial relationships reported. Liaise between professionals at all levels and engagement teams to corroborate information.
- Work closely with ICN managers and Partners, Principals and Managing Directors to analyze and conclude on the permissibility of financial relationships held by Deloitte US professionals at all levels within the firm related to regulatory rules and Deloitte US independence policies.
- Perform research and analysis on corporate entity structures to identify affiliate relationships.
- Perform research and analysis on various types of financial relationships.
- Document analysis and conclusions regarding personal financial relationships.
- Communicate conclusions to professionals and engagement teams, when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to identify efficiencies within current processes and suggest areas for improvement.
- Prepare materials containing independence information for use at conferences and trainings.
- Positive customer service attitude and dedication to quality, with a demonstrated attention to detail.
- Solid verbal and written communication, research, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work on multiple initiatives, report and communicate progress.
- Ability to react positively to an environment where priorities and deadlines can quickly change.
- Ability to manage and prioritize time required on activities and be responsive to requests for information.

Required:
- Bachelors' degree (preferably business, finance or accounting)
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Proficient in standard office-productivity tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- An understanding of Independence requirements for professional auditing firms
- Experience working in a large corporation or accounting firm
- Familiarity with financial services, investments, and an understanding of common financial instruments
Expected salary: $67100 - 111800 per year
