• Accurate data entry of customer information and transactions into the database.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Update and maintain customer records, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
• Assist in the creation of reports or summaries based on customer data.
