- Lead the development and execution of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and growth strategies.
- Partner cross functionally to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making; prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership, providing insights into key performance indicators and financial trends.
- Analyze variances between actuals and forecast/budget, identifying key drivers and developing actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve reporting efficiency, supporting the company's growth and scalability.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and scenario modeling to support investment decisions, cost optimization, and revenue growth initiatives.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles.
- Experience in SaaS, subscription-based business models, or high-growth environments preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related analytical discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with demonstrated experience building financial models and executive-level presentations.
- Exposure to SQL and familiarity with financial or business intelligence systems such as Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity in reporting and analysis.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot quickly based on evolving business needs.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with a track record of partnering cross-functionally and presenting insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- High-Speed Internet - A stable broadband or fiber connection (satellite is highly discouraged) with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps in a dedicated workspace that has a reliable WIFI signal.
