The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Business Administration Manager and Operations Team including various tasks.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Will always include those specifically assigned by the immediate supervisor
  • Manage office email correspondence, mail, invoices, etc.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and training sessions
  • Answer main line calls and forward to appropriate personnel
  • Welcome guests
  • Kitchen upkeep
  • Mail, Fed Ex, packages
  • Assist with company events, meetings, and conferences as needed
  • Meeting agenda coordination for large meetings
  • Assist in interview coordination with both candidates and interviewers
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • 1-3 years of professional experience preferred
Other and/or Preferred Education/Experience:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
Work Environment:
This position is based in the company’s headquarters, downtown Dallas with some flexibility for hybrid work. In office Monday – Thursday. Remote: Friday.Compensation:
