As we scale our North American footprint, we're seeking a high-performing, culturally fluent Sales Hunter to be the tip of the spear - opening doors, building relationships, and fueling our revenue engine.About the RoleAs a Sales Hunter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and developing new business opportunities across the U.S. market. You bring a strong local presence, deep cultural understanding, and a consultative approach to selling. You will own the early stages of the sales funnel - from market research and outreach to qualified lead generation - and partner with our technical and solutions team to help close complex, high-value deals.Key Responsibilities1. New Client Acquisition
- Proactively identify and pursue new logo opportunities in mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Build and manage a strong, qualified pipeline through outreach, networking, referrals, events, and account-based strategies.
- Develop customized engagement strategies tailored to U.S. market preferences and industry challenges.
- Leverage a native understanding of American business culture, communication styles, and decision-making processes.
- Build rapport quickly and confidently with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Research and analyze target industries (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, retail, BFSI) and companies to uncover unmet needs.
- Work closely with the go-to-market and marketing teams to develop impactful outreach messages and campaigns.
- Qualify leads and collaborate with internal solutions architects and domain experts to shape winning proposals.
- Hand off opportunities to the solutions team post-qualification or co-lead deals through close depending on complexity.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting in CRM tools.
- Experience: 7+ years in B2B sales, with at least 3+ years selling IT services, digital solutions, or consulting in the North American market.
- Track Record: Proven hunter with a strong history of exceeding quotas and bringing in new logos.
- Cultural Fluency: Deep familiarity with American business etiquette, communication, and professional norms.
- Industry Knowledge: Comfortable navigating technology trends and articulating value in sectors such as healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and financial services.
- Tools: Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and email automation platforms.
- Salary depends on experience (mix of base + performance-based commission)
