In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for building genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You will serve as our client's trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues. Simultaneously, you will be an internal advocate for clients with Deel by championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client's business with Deel.You are a passionate business builder at heart. If that is you, join our team!ResponsibilitiesManage, coach, and develop a team of Systems Integration Managers, providing performance feedback and professional growth opportunitiesAllocate team resources and prioritize integration projects based on business needsServe as the escalation point for integration-related issues across customer implementationsOversee complex integration projects from discovery to delivery, ensuring strategic alignment and timely executionCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve technical issues and drive integration improvementsPartner with the API Product team to identify trends and common challenges, contributing to product enhancementEnsure internal documentation and external resources are accurate and continuously updatedMaintain a deep understanding of Deel's product ecosystem and integration capabilitiesRegularly communicate with Customer Success Managers and Onboarding teams to report on project progress and blockersLead process improvement initiatives to streamline integration workflows and increase efficiencyQualifications5+ years of experience in Technical Consulting, Integration Management, or Implementation within a B2B SaaS environment2+ years in a people management or team lead role, with a demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and scale a technical teamStrong understanding of APIs and integration architecturesProven ability to manage complex technical projects with multiple stakeholdersExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience working with HRIS, ERP, or accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, or WorkdayFamiliarity with SQL or other query languages is a plusHighly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentTotal RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
