 - Lead risk management and infection control initiatives
 - Conduct audits and data analysis to improve care delivery
 - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and regulatory agencies
 - Participate in emergency preparedness and response activities
 
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
 - RN Licensure (Louisiana State Board of Nursing or Compact License)
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
 - Strong written and oral communication skills
 - Experience working in a diverse, patient-centered environment
 
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
 - Current Basic Life Support (CPR) Certification
 - Familiarity with government health policies and compliance standards (HRSA, PCMH, etc.)
 - Experience in quality/performance improvement and chart audits
