You will assist in project management across multiple platforms, report on key activities within our sales organization and communicate operational updates to the org.This role will be highly cross-functional and will require prioritization, execution, and a high level of collaboration to deliver results. In collaboration with the business, end-user selling organization and the end user, you will play a critical role in driving execution with an expanding segment of the Automotive Aftermarket.Here, you will make an impact by:

• Centrally managing new location onboarding for identified MSOs (Multiple Shop Operators) in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders.
• Develop, execute and streamline End User execution & reporting processes
• Provide report training for the End User Key Account team
• Manage & oversee tracking through Salesforce – including the use of Salesforce to drive key initiatives for priority MSOs
• Manage & execute communication with end user and key account sales teams
• Drive alignment with Repairstack™ to assist in overall data alignment ​across multiple systems
• Support POS validation and customer incentive plan management for key end users
• Provide support in managing MSO SAP ID alignment across various systems ​
• Act as primary escalation contact for the EKAM automated platform

Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Three (3) years demonstrated project management experience/acumen in a private, public, government or military environment
• Three (3) years experience with Salesforce.com and/or another comparable CRM tool
• Five (5) years experience with Microsoft platform (Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Power Apps)
