- Effectively handle all calls and follow up calls with drivers as necessary to ensure all issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Process internal requests on demand for a variety of topics.
- Accurately document all interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Report recurring issues or trends to supervisors to help identify areas for process improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in policies. Follow all company policies and procedures when handling calls, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines.
