This executive will be responsible for building partnerships, optimizing our sales processes, and leading initiatives that enhance our occupancy and profitability. - Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals to increase revenue and market share.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team. Set clear KPIs, provide performance feedback, and promote continuous development.
- Revenue Optimization: Collaborate with the revenue management and marketing teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and channel distribution.
- Business Development: Build relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and vacation rental platforms to expand distribution channels.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting to the executive team.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that the sales process supports a seamless and customer-focused booking experience.
- Market Analysis: Monitor trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategy accordingly.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and guest services to align strategies and achieve company objectives.
- Marketing- Develop and execute print/social media marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, or real estate, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of vacation rental trends, booking platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.), and guest acquisition strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Background in design/illustrator photoshop a huge plus but not required
- Adwords training a plus
- Digital marketing certification a plus but not required
