We collaborate closely with internal and external partners to create plans for solutions and new use cases, and then we help drive execution of the solution.Description- We build and lead great Enterprise sales teams. We assemble the right people, motivate and enable them with the right tools, and support their collaboration. - We provide leadership building the strategies and plans that tenaciously initiate new, diverse customer relationships and inspire them on a business transformation journey. We ensure the plans are developed in conjunction with our strategic partners and resellers, providing solutions across multiple customers and industries. - We operationalize territory and account plans with field AEs and technical teams focused on acquiring new growth opportunities that expand adoption of the Apple ecosystem. We own the delivery of sales results for the Region, including forecasting accuracy, pipeline and opportunity management. - We orchestrate effective customer engagements, alongside our partners - often drawing on our previous successes and our partners expertise to drive scale and velocity. We follow through to ensure all commitments are met and problems resolved.Minimum Qualifications
- Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience
- Background leading business solutions-oriented field sales teams to attain significant revenue and growth targets
- Deep understanding of the enterprise market
- Outstanding collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to inspire a team and customers
- Strong operational sales excellence
- Knowledge of Apple's enterprise solutions for business is a plus
- Empathy and tenacity to support the needs of a diverse team, navigate ambiguity, and embrace change
- Ability to motivate and inspire others, articulate vision and purpose, and advocate for Apple's values
- Experience managing a remote/geographically dispersed team is a plus
- Background driving performance across a large region, country, or functional area is highly preferred
