- Ads & Promotions:
 
- Set up ad and promotional campaigns in Salesforce.
 - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign launches and updates.
 - Analyze campaign performance using SQL queries and dashboards.
 - Develop insights and recommendations for grocery partners based on campaign data.
 - New Store Launches:
 
- Manage the end-to-end process of launching new grocery stores on DoorDash.
 - Follow structured steps to ensure smooth onboarding and operational readiness.
 - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet launch deadlines.
 - Catalog Audits & Updates:
 
- Monitor and maintain grocery merchant catalogs (menus) on DoorDash.
 - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve catalog-related issues.
 - Respond to merchant concerns, investigate root causes, and implement solutions.
 
- 2+ years of experience in project management, operations management, or customer success.
 - Proficiency with Salesforce and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Sigma.
 - Experience creating presentations using Google Slides or PowerPoint.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 - Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams.
