- Innovate and refine our approach to penetrating new vertical markets.
- Contribute directly to Checkr's growth and success as a key member of the Checkr Trust team.
- 5-7+ years of full-cycle sales experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A proven track record of exceeding targets, especially in startup settings.
- Experience with first-to-market solutions and closing six-to-seven figure deals.
- A willingness to tackle hard challenges.
- A love for pipeline generation.
- A growth mindset, always eager to learn, adapt, and seek feedback.
- Strong communication skills and a reputation for grit and resilience.
