We are seeking a passionate, dedicated team member to manage our Future Tech and Testing team within Secrecy Program Management. With your expertise, there's no telling how much you could achieve.DescriptionJoin NPS as the lead for Future Tech and Testing, where you will manage a team of highly skilled Secrecy Program Managers who ensure the integration of confidentiality protections into cross-product work streams. The team supports broad cross-functional aspects of product development, including design, early tech explorations, Hardware Tech, AI-integration, remote user studies, and smarter collaboration practices. The ideal candidate for this role is a strong leader with proven ability to drive, own, and deliver strategy, planning, prioritization, and execution of large-scale initiatives and programs. It will require proven leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative approach to preventing leaks of New Product Introductions.Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree and/or advanced degree.
- 15 years or more experience in security, law enforcement, intelligence, or similar fields.
- 5 years or more experience leading and managing teams.
- Conversant with SW and AI/ML models, concepts, and limitations.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, both domestically and internationally.
- Proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects with multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities. Demonstrable negotiating skills and ability to navigate big picture and small details.
- Proactively identify, prioritize, and drive mitigations for potential pre-announce exposures and rigorously debate countermeasures, if any, for residual risks.
- Proven success partnering cross-functionally with diverse teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Strong understanding of data protection, access controls, and security processes related to information confidentiality and disclosure.
- Expertise managing the entire lifecycle of a program, from planning to execution and driving continuous improvements.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels and distill revenant information for the right audience.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive, with demonstrated critical thinking abilities, creative problem-solving skills, and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new technologies, with a strong aptitude for technical solutions.
