As an SRW Operator I, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Performs all department operations consistently at standard cost and quality levels.
• Verifies and documents in-process inspections for conformance to
• specifications.
• Visually inspects at various operating steps/operations for product/material
• defects, print quality and or labeling defects and that the product is properly
• identified to maintain traceability.
• Actively wears all required personal protective equipment specified to the PPE
• matrix.
• Rotates to various tasks at prescribed intervals

Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher
• Work First shift (6AM –4:30PM, Monday - Thursday), working overtime, and/or short notice shift coverage

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Minimum of three years of experience in a manufacturing plant environment
• Previous Shipping & Receiving, Carpentry, and QC experience.
• Previous experience with Lean Manufacturing methodology
