Hours: Shift times can be 6:00a – 4:30p, 4:00p – 8:30p, or 8p – 6a. Required 20 hours per month including one weekend shift per month

Kieffer atSUMMARY OF POSITION:The Telehealth Program Assistant’s primary function is to support patient and staff safety through prevention of harmful behaviors in the inpatient care space through virtual means.This position is 100% Onsite and requires working from our office in Hershey, PA.MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High School diploma or equivalent required.


• One (1) year of medical, secretarial or customer service work experience required.
