- Evaluating mental health diagnoses and implementing treatment plans.
- Maintaining updated documentation using company platforms and EHR.
- A minimum of 25 client sessions per week to a diverse population of clients (with the ability to see more clients if desired)!
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Care coordination for assigned clients to ensure continuity of care.
- Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach.
- Community involvement and engagement.

- Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Candidates should have clinical licensure in the state of Connecticut (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) in good standing
- Experience with completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
- Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of community resources and insurance billing
- General knowledge of Apple products, EHR, Telehealth, and other software platforms
- Ability to pass a background check.
Expected salary: $67875 - 92500 per year
