- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless event experiences, from setup to follow-up.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and communicate updates to stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Monitor event performance metrics to evaluate and improve future events.
- Draft & send email campaigns, social media content, and other communications to drive event attendance.
- Ensure all content aligns with event goals and resonates with target audiences.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships and negotiations to ensure quality event services.
- Support post-event follow-up strategies to capitalize on engagement opportunities.
- Ensure accurate CRM data entry for post-event analysis and tracking.
- Assist with reporting on success metrics to assess ROI and engagement impact.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or related roles, preferably in B2B/SaaS.
- Proven track record in planning and executing corporate events, branded roadshows, and field events that drive revenue.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align initiatives with business goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical skills to measure and analyze the impact of campaigns.
- Proficiency in Marketing Tech: HubSpot, Salesforce, ON24.
- Willingness to travel for in-person events as needed.
- Nice-to-have: experience or familiarity with paid media campaigns, particularly LinkedIn advertising and Google search.
