In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for each caller.Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate product/service information and assist with troubleshooting issues.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries by providing effective solutions.
- Document and track all customer interactions and transactions in the company’s database.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or other departments as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies to better assist customers.
- Strive to meet or exceed performance goals, including call resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with outbound calls as needed (e.g., surveys, follow-up calls).
- Handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment and collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer experience.
