- Answer 40-50 inbound calls per day.
- Take payments.
- Update demographics
- Provide claim status.
- Explain copays/deductibles.
- Must know how to interpret and explain EOB's
- Excellent written communication skills
- Polite phone etiquette
- Problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Self-Managed
- Keen attention to detail
- Healthcare experience
- Ability to simultaneously use multiple programs.
- Full-time – Monday through Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
- #LI- Remote
- Customer Service experience within the healthcare industry (Required)
- Ability to interpret/explain an EOB
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
