Job description: POSITION SUMMARYManage the operational and fiscal activities of the Virtual Design group, including personnel management and development, budgeting and financial goals.What you’ll do:1. Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and

efficiency of the department.2. Manage software products. Install and incorporate new version releases and

customizations.3. Analyze and document virtual design processes and problems. Assess current

workflow, strategies, budgets, staffing, etc.4. Develop solutions to enhance efficiencies.5. Develop internal training program. Coach and establish/support careerdevelopment goals.6. Establish employee performance goals. Conduct performance reviews.7. Ensure the Virtual Design department meets productivity and quality goals.8. Market virtual design services to internal and external customers.9. Evaluate new virtual design-related software and technologies. Stay informedon industry best practices.10.
