The position is largely remote with occasional meetings in Menomonee Falls and Neenah, Wisconsin. You will be required to travel to all of the Froedtert ThedaCare sites as needed.Job Summary:Performs legal assignments related to labor and employment laws, physician and advanced practice provider contracting, and physician compensation under the supervision of an attorney. Works with a high degree of autonomy, manages complex legal projects, analyzes information, drafts documents, and oversees the lifestyle of physician and provider contracts including creation, negotiation, implementation, renewal, and termination of those contracts.EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:Minimum of 5 years demonstrated paralegal experience required, with a focus on employment law, 7-10 preferred.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, health care administration, information management, business administration, or related field or paralegal certification with an employment law focus or concentration required.SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:Strong analytical skills and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to proactively interact with all levels of staff and/or others while achieving positive outcomes required. Ability to work both closely with a team and independently and to exercise flexibility and be a self-starter required.
