In this position the Senior Account Manager is the facilitator of operational activities for the assigned contract and assures deliverables are performed in accordance with service level agreements and assists in managing the communication channels associated to internal and external stakeholders allowing for timely request fulfillment, aligned operational expectations, and manages from a best-in-class approach.Responsibilities:

- Develop and strengthen relationships within a client program.
 - Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow client programs.
 - Identify current and future service requirements by establishing personal rapport with key individuals who understand service requirements.
 - Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offers, competitors and industry.
 - Serve as subject matter expert to clients by providing product functionality training.
 - Demonstrate the impact of company’s services for cost reductions and operations.
 - Speak regularly with clients to provide operational updates, product updates, technical support and other account-related reports.
 - Work directly with operations team to ensure adherence to contract requirements and SLAs.
 - Track progress towards deliverables and operational milestones to provide weekly updates to management for review.
 - Prepare and maintain monthly operational reports required for delivery to client based on utilization, contract performance in operational areas associated to the management of the contract.
 - Provides billing information to finance department to ensure accurate and timely payment from clients.
 - Responsible for gathering information associated to business requirements and proposals for client and presenting the information to the company’s management for pricing strategy.
 - Coordinate ad-hoc requests with the appropriate operational group and provide deliverables directly to the client.
 - Facilitate the implementation process, connects operations, finance, and clinical areas to the new client. Serve as key member of the implementation team, acting as implementation manager as needed.
 - Work directly with the clinical account management team to identify up sell and new business opportunities within current client base.
 - Develop and strengthen relationships within the pharmacy related program for the client.
 - Identify current and future service requirements by establishing personal rapport with key individuals who understand service requirements.
 - Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.
 
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university recognized by the corresponding professional associations in a clinical mental health field.
 - An active, unrestricted, Licensed Counselor in the behavioral healthcare field (e.g., LCHC, LCMH, LCMHC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LSAC, LPC, LPCC, LSW).
 - 5+ years of direct experience providing EAP counseling services.
 - 2+ years of direct experience conducting training as it relates to workplace and/or family issues.
 - 4+ years of account management experience in EAP or healthcare.
 - 1+ years of experience business process analysis and improvements.
 - 1+ years of public and private sector healthcare experience and/or has been involved in providing services to government or commercial programs.
 
- Plan, manage, and oversee the overall work performance of assigned contract and team.
 - Interface with the Government to ensure client satisfaction.
 - Ensure overall compliance with all contract and task order requirements and quality standards.
 - Provide guidance, direction and ultimate management for the IDIQ contract, and reviews all services for overall conformance to Government requirements from an IDIQ level.
 - Proven history in successfully managing multiple projects/client contracts utilizing project management methodologies.
 - Possess excellent strategic planning and implementation skills.
 - Knowledge of Information Technology systems (e.g., case management) and applications.
 - Strong knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
 - Strong knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
 - Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
 - Experience in identifying appropriate business needs of client.
 - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 - Excellent presentation and communication skills at all levels (staff, executive suite and external clients).
 - High organizational and tracking skills.
 - Knowledge of U.S. healthcare industry with concentrated experience in EAP.
 - Demonstrated high level achievements in client relationship building, and incident escalation management.
