Job description: We are currently recruiting full-time Customer Success Associates to process inbound calls for our Customer Success team. Qualified candidates will be energetic, customer centric, detail-oriented individuals who value a strong company culture. Candidates must be able to work the 9:30am – 6:00pm PST shift. This position can be worked remotely from a quiet home office.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer a high volume of inbound support calls generated through a variety of media channels from consumers interested in discussing their active applications.
- Provide excellent customer support through effective online chat communications
- Accurately document and present information regarding our products and services during phone calls resulting in on-boarding of new customers
- Meet customer service goals and key performance call center metrics while working accurately and efficiently
- Communicate clearly and show empathy when listening to customers and addressing their concerns
- High School degree or equivalent; some college preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
- 1-2 years of relevant sales experience
- Computer proficiency with minimum typing of 35wpm
- Must be able to handle a high call volume while maintaining high performance goals
- Experience using online chat in a high-volume call center
- Ability to work in a team environment, follow call scripts and procedures, adapt to change, and balance multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Must be available to work the 9:30am – 6:00pm PST shift
