This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8am - 5pm PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 24411 Health Center, Suite 460 Laguna Hills, CA.This will be on the job training and the hours during training will be 8am to 5pm PST, Monday – Friday.If you reside in a commutable distance to 24411 Health Center, Suite 460 Laguna Hills, CA, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional service to all customers
- Answers phone, takes messages and routes calls appropriately
- Schedule appointments as necessary, verifying correct visit type and primary care provider
- Work with back-office staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Resolve service issues and complaints, and defer to appropriate management or clinical personnel when necessary
- Assist co-workers and team members with duties when requested, to include but not limited to, floating to other areas
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma/GED OR equivalent years of experience
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Experience with computers and Windows based programs including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8am - 5pm PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime
- Experience with data analysis software
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Reside within a commutable distance to 24411 Health Center, Suite 460 Laguna Hills, CA
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
