- Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.

- Assist in processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate personnel.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multi-task effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is preferred.
