Job description: Southlake Nissan/Kia/Mitsubishi is growing and building our Internet Department. Thus, looking to add a Internet Manager for a full-time position. Previous experience is not necessary yet preferred. Applicants with Customer Service or Retail Sales experience tend to immediately excel. The ideal candidate must be responsible, reliable, a team-player, a quick learner, comfortable on the telephone, able to multi-task, focused, and able to handle a fast-paced environment. Although the schedule is flexible, the Candidate must also be available on Saturdays and some holidays which may be remote from home.Southlake Auto Group provides a safe and respectful work environment. Therefore, Candidates are required to pass a background check and provide references prior to employment. Weekly salary is based on previous experience with the ability to exceed salary with a structured commission plan.The ideal candidate must be:

- Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointments.
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
- Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
- Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
- Valid driver’s license
