Job description: Role DescriptionMission:As a member of our Customer Care team, the Senior Support Consultant will work on existing customer support issues, including report writing, module configuration, break/fix support, testing, and training.Objectives (Key Outcomes)
- Complete assigned support tasks (independently).
- Maintain 75 percent or greater utilization on an average annual basis.
- Maintain Acumatica certifications and continue developing skillsets across modules.
- Continue to develop soft consulting skills.
- Support Acumatica ERP for existing customers.
- Responsible for report writing, product configuration, testing, and training.
- Establish and maintain “trusted advisor” relationship with customers. Negotiate resolutions to business/process/functional issues with business stakeholders.
- Achieve utilization targets while achieving high customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate expert proficiency with at least one main focus area, and intermediate proficiency with an additional two focus areas, obtain appropriate certifications, and build industry expertise.
- Proactively communicate status, issues, and concerns to director, project manager, and/or architect/lead.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A four-year degree in Business, Accounting, MIS, or equivalent required.
- Experience as a controller or a senior accountant is a plus.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical, numerical, planning, and reasoning abilities.
- Minimum of three years of implementation and support experience with Acumatica, with a specific module focus on one or more the following areas: Financial Core, Field Service, Project Accounting, Construction Management, Distribution or Manufacturing.
- Experience working with customer-facing business functions.
- Acumatica certifications are a plus.
- Experience with a consulting organization or a reseller is a plus.
