Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update new parts, part numbers, and other related product information into the website’s database.
- Content Management: Ensure all product information, including descriptions, images, and specifications, are up-to-date and properly formatted on the website.
- Photoshop Editing: Use Photoshop to create or edit product images for the website, ensuring high-quality visuals and consistency with branding guidelines.
- Website Maintenance: Collaborate with the web development team to ensure that content is optimized for web performance and user experience.
- Sage Software (MAS): Work with Sage software to manage inventory, process orders, and ensure the integration of product data into the website.
- BigCommerce Management: Upload and manage products and product information on BigCommerce, ensuring a smooth and consistent online shopping experience.
- Collaboration: Work with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure accurate and effective online content.
- IT Support: Provide basic IT support for troubleshooting website or content-related issues.
