Job description: Low-Code and No-Code Solution EngineerThe Opportunity:As a low-code/no-code solution engineer, you know how to harness the latest technologies by developing low-code platforms and creating user-friendly solutions for your clients. We’re looking for a solution engineer like you to support the management of low-code development platforms from vision to production-ready, solving our clients’ most complex challenges.You’ll lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of business intelligence applications and provide end-user support for the implementation and usage of business intelligence systems. You’ll also apply specific functional knowledge and working or general industry knowledge, and develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.As a low-code/no-code solution engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll broaden your skills in programming languages and databases, using little to no code to help us identify new techniques and improve the digital environment. You’ll use the latest cloud tools as you look for ways to support your team and develop creative solutions. Using your technical knowledge and your appetite to learn, you’ll work cross-collaboratively to help automate and accelerate cloud modernization and reduce system maintenance and development costs.You’ll be a trusted advisor to your clients as you help translate their IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices.Use your software support skills for good.Join us. - 3+ years of experience building low-code or no-code solutions to business intelligence and mission requirements using tools such as SharePoint, PowerApps, or Tableau
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2019 or 365, including administration and development such as SharePoint sites, sub-sites, libraries, and lists, and maintenance of SharePoint-based enterprise solutions
- Experience promoting knowledge-sharing through the organization's operational business processes and systems by improving integration among information systems in the organization to facilitate seamless exchange of information across systems
- Ability to translate client, stakeholder, and end user’s needs and requirements and recommend actionable solutions
- Ability to work with web development tools and languages such as JavaScript, HTML, or CSS
- Ability to create data visualizations and metrics based on client requirements in COTS tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with development, or 7+ years of experience with development in lieu of a degree
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Python
- Possession of excellent documentation, organization, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent client-facing or consulting skills
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
