- You must be high energy, and have great interpersonal skills.
 - You must conduct 100 cold calls to business owners and C-level executives to businesses in the United States. A full list with necessary contact information will be provided.
 - You must effectively introduce yourself and BIOS, and fluently communicate your purpose for calling.
 - Effectively showcase some issues that the prospective MSPs currently have in finding and supporting in-house IT staff. These original talking points will be generated by senior sales staff members.
 - Follow up with emails and LinkedIn prospecting.
 - Schedule 3 meetings per week with MSP prospects to discuss staffing solutions. These meetings will be with a senior sales staff member.
 - After each call, promptly send out the meeting invite and a follow-up email introducing the senior sales staff.
 - Update CRM with detailed notes

- Superior English skills – verbal and written!
 - 3 years’ experience in cold calling and sales
 - Preferably with some knowledge of the IT Industry
 - Excellent communication and persuasive skills
 - Positive demeanor
 - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
 - Strong organizational skills for tracking and following up with prospects
