- Employment Type: Permanent
- Hours Per Week: 40
- Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 annually
- Car Allowance: $300/monthly
- Cell Phone Allowance: $75/monthly
- Travel Requirements: More than 50%, including travel to Miami for onboarding, training, and quarterly meetings
- Schedule: Set your own hours with 4 days in the field and 1 day remote from home
- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare business development
- Established network of physicians/hospitals in the Naples healthcare market
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively across all levels, including C-suite leadership
- Results-oriented with a proven track record in meeting goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain a monthly business plan to promote physician referral growth
- Act as a product line expert and communicate effectively with MDs, offices, and patients
- Build and maintain constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Mentor and train Physician Business Development employees
- Execute strategic priorities and manage strategic projects annually
- Conduct educational outreach and serve as a primary liaison between local healthcare providers and our organization
