This includes the maintenance and monitoring of LAN, internet, wireless, and VoIP systems and related hardware. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network management, project management (PM) skills, and the ability to create technical documentation/diagrams and procedural documentation. Collaboration and teamwork are critical to our team’s success and efficiency. While each role on the team brings specialized skills, valuable contributions, and a unique perspective; we function as a single unit and partner in the delivery, maintenance, and support of a secure and reliable IT infrastructure.  - Assists the Systems Administrator with managing the following items: Web, Email and Mobile device management and security.
 - Configures, and oversees performance of operating and maintenance procedures, as directed by management, including but not limited to system backups, system updates, routine preventive maintenance and changes of software and hardware.
 - Provides support to users with server or network related problems.
 - Provides 24/7 trouble alert monitoring (via mobile device) for network infrastructure.
 - Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical information in simple terms end-users can understand.
 - Participates in the long-range IT planning, capacity planning and equipment budget development.
