- Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Onsite with Availability To Be Remote One Day a Week.

- Design, lead, and refine the center's outreach and education strategies.
- Conduct community and stakeholder needs assessments to inform programming.
- Develop tailored educational materials and facilitate workshops on occupational and environmental health.
- Increase visibility of the center's services among diverse audiences: workers, healthcare providers, unions, employers, and community groups.
- Manage and support community partners contracted for outreach efforts.
- Serve as liaison to the center's advisory board and key stakeholders across public health, legal, and labor sectors.
- Build and maintain partnerships with employers to advance workplace health initiatives.
- Align outreach with clinical operations through close collaboration with the center's staff and leadership.
- Research and pursue funding opportunities from government agencies and private foundations.
- Lead or support the development of grant proposals, budgets, reports, and related materials.
- Work with medical and research leadership on project planning tied to funding pursuits.
- Contribute to occupational health research projects and program evaluations.
- Perform data extraction, cleaning, and analysis using tools such as SAS, R, Stata, or Excel.
- Author scientific publications, white papers, and conference presentations.
- Lead quality improvement projects to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
- Develop systems for performance monitoring and data-informed decision-making.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory standards from OSHA, EPA, and other relevant bodies.
- Teach 1-2 academic courses annually in public health or medical education.
- Mentor MPH and medical students on research projects and field placements.
- Contribute lectures or modules to medical and public health curricula.
- Master of Public Health (MPH) or related field with specialization in social, behavioral, occupational, or environmental health.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in occupational/public health, education, or related sectors.
- Proven success in grant writing and management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform strategies.
- Excellent communication skills tailored to both technical and community audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and collaboratively.
- Local travel required for outreach and stakeholder engagement.
- Doctoral degree (PhD, DrPH) in Public Health or a related field.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to enhance outreach effectiveness.
- Experience mentoring students or supervising teams.
- Familiarity with academic publishing and professional presentations.
