- Contract
- No nights or weekends
- $20.00 per hour
- Work from home / Remote – private, quiet office space is required. * On-site training required for some openings. *
- Ability to commute into their Wallingford office when needed.
- Prior call center and healthcare experience needed. Training on company systems and procedures provided.
- CSR’s are crossed trained to handle both Inbound and outbound calls.
- Busy, very fast-paced, high volume of calls daily.
- Must live in Connecticut and located within a commutable distance from the Wallingford office.
- Bilingual Spanish / English preferred
- Previous experience working in a fast paced, busy call center environment.
- Background in healthcare and/or medical insurance.
- Ability to provide clients with excellent service.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple computer programs and monitors with ease.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to commit to a set schedule and remain focused during working hours.
Expected salary: $20 per hour
