- Demonstrates positive energy, sound judgement in decision making, appropriate communication methods and team member support
- Answers inquiries via phone, chat, fax, email or Jetnet self-service portal
- Assists team members and retirees with issues surrounding travel, policy and other general questions
- Uses general understanding of procedures, policies, knowledge of the database, other reference materials and sound judgement to resolve team member inquiries
- High School diploma or GED equivalency
- Previous experience in a high-impact customer service role
- Fluent in Spanish
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in high volume and adhering to deadlines within a highly confidential environment
- Knowledge of policies, procedures and familiarity with Jetnet
- Attention to detail is paramount
- Outstanding customer service, strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Self-motivated and work well in a team environment
- Ability to analyze, research, and effectively respond to inquiries, issues, and complaints
- This position requires a flexible schedule as it oversees an environment that will be open 5 days a week- Monday-Friday 7am-7pm
