  • Demonstrates positive energy, sound judgement in decision making, appropriate communication methods and team member support

  • Answers inquiries via phone, chat, fax, email or Jetnet self-service portal

  • Assists team members and retirees with issues surrounding travel, policy and other general questions

  • Uses general understanding of procedures, policies, knowledge of the database, other reference materials and sound judgement to resolve team member inquiries

All you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Previous experience in a high-impact customer service role

  • Fluent in Spanish

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in high volume and adhering to deadlines within a highly confidential environment

  • Knowledge of policies, procedures and familiarity with Jetnet

  • Attention to detail is paramount

  • Outstanding customer service, strong organizational and decision-making skills

  • Self-motivated and work well in a team environment

  • Ability to analyze, research, and effectively respond to inquiries, issues, and complaints

  • This position requires a flexible schedule as it oversees an environment that will be open 5 days a week- Monday-Friday 7am-7pm
