Manages projects to ensure timely completion of deliverables, achievement of objectives, and meeting or exceeding operational measures.Responsibilities
- Supporting end to end enterprise service delivery including agent pre-onboarding, licensing, contracting, and certifications.
- Handling complex tasks such as escalations, report analysis, and communication to key stakeholders independently.
- Managing projects, coordinating with clients, carriers, third parties, and other company services.
- Building personal domain, plan, and regulatory knowledge through formal learning and on the job learning experiences.
- Monitoring and tracking service-related metrics to ensure processes meet or exceed targets and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Managing multiple carrier agent readiness to sell processes.
- Partnering with carrier contacts to document the readiness process, communicate status updates, report issues/risks, and obtain resolution.
- Show organization skills with the ability to multi-task and drive and prioritize own work.
- Exhibit skills in attention to detail, written and verbal communication, presentation, and problem solving. Have analytical, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Enhanced knowledge of administrative systems and processes.
- Experience in the use of collaboration software tools in a remote office environment.
- Experience and education in business or equivalent work experience required.
- Enhanced to Expert knowledge of Microsoft applications Word and Excel, WebEx Teams, and Microsoft Teams.
