Collaborate with our General Ledger and Equity teams to streamline financial processes and bolster internal controls. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of our financial reporting and ensuring compliance with GAAP and SOX requirements. You'll also work closely with the General Ledger team and our auditors to meet critical SEC reporting timelines. If you're ready to make a significant impact and thrive in a collaborative environment we encourage you to apply.What You'll AccomplishCreate the skeleton Form 10-Q/10-K and Press Release in Active Disclosure or WorkivaAutomate Excel supporting files and streamline financial information to minimize input errorsCollaborate with the General Ledger team to ensure all reconciliations are prepared each quarter and understand how these reconciliations tie back to the financial statements prepared in accordance with GAAPAssist in designing and executing a robust internal controls processAssist in writing SOX walkthrough documents for financial reporting processesCreate a tie-out folder with all the support of the financial information needed for the financial reporting processCollaborate with auditors and ensure their requests/questions are addressed in a timely mannerHinge Health Hybrid ModelWe believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program.Basic Qualifications4+ years of experience with financial reporting and preparation of financial statements4+ years of proficiency in using Excel, Active Disclosure, or Workiva4+ years of experience with accounting systems such as NetsuiteKnowledge of GAAP and SOX requirementsBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related fieldPreferred QualificationsCertified Public Accountant (CPA) certificationExperience with XBRL taggingCompensationThis position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
