You will play a key role in identifying prospects, providing tailored marketing strategies, and driving revenue through expert product knowledge and consultative selling. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced in the insurance or financial services industry. This is a remote position, operating primarily during EST business hours, with occasional travel for meetings and industry events.Accountabilities:
- Develop and manage a pipeline of financial advisors and insurance agents, focusing on disability income insurance sales.
- Conduct product training and mentorship sessions to support agent success and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain CRM/AMS systems with accurate customer data, call logs, and notes.
- Set appointments, resolve client issues professionally, and follow up on sales leads.
- Proactively recruit and onboard new reps to grow the advisor network.
- Represent the business at industry conferences and client meetings to promote services.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in insurance, wealth management, or financial services.
- Active Life and Health Insurance License is required.
- Knowledge or experience with Disability Income Insurance is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative sales approach.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
- Competitive base salary ($50,000–$60,000) + commission opportunity
