We stay inspired in our goal to unburden healthcare and ensure it reaches all, equitably and effectively.You are:UST HealthProof is looking for an Industry expert to lead the sales for BPaaS through campaigns, offers etc. You will be responsible for the business growth of HealthProof in all possible ways by acquiring new clients, maintaining high level of engagement with existing clients, creating solutions, best practices, and GTM Strategies.The Opportunity:


  • Develop and leverage an in depth understanding of customer needs, industry trends and business and industry priorities, acting as subject matter expert for both internal and external audiences monitor and share insights and evangelize HealthProof solutions and services



  • Take thought leadership content, different solutions and services to existing and new clients and expand HealthProof’s footprint in the client’s organization



  • Learn and understand business and technical requirements of clients in order to sell effective solutions that drive business value and have a clear ROI



  • Plan, execute and manage sales strategy to acquire and grow relationships with clients and sell HealthProof solutions and services to them



  • Size audience market and addressable marketing opportunity, develop benchmarks and specific measures of success, and evangelize alternate financial models to deliver value to clients



  • Actively pursue and hunt for new business opportunities within existing accounts as well as identify and win new logos



  • Work with internal teams on RFxs from clients and respond with our offerings and proposal create a winning proposition for clients



  • Manage all phases of the sales cycle, including business development, lead identification qualification, scope construction, proposal development, client presentations and contract negotiation



  • Exceed all operational excellence metrics such as: pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, timely comments, activity metrics



  • Diligently follow core sales execution process followed by the organization, utilize internal systems for tracking deals from prospect to close



  • Accurately forecast and deliver on sales within the specific geography



  • Show mastery of HealthProof’s value proposition and align core offerings

What you need:


  • At least 10 years of sales experience with Claims and Enrollment Platform or Core Administration Business-Process-As-A-Service (BPaaS) for Health Plans or Health Insurance Payer accounts (Regional Health Plans)



  • A self-starter and champion of customer centricity, customer experience with a successful track record in building strategies that meet customer needs and business priorities



  • Demonstrated experience in taking thought leadership to clients, solving business problems, coordinating with different teams to build solutions and proposals to take to clients



  • Effectively communicate and negotiate priorities between clients and UST teams to deliver services.



  • Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.



  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST HealthProof provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.Location: Aliso Viejo CA, Indianapolis IN, Dallas TX, or remoteCompensation: $193,000.00 - 250,000.00BenefitsFull-time, regular employees accrue up to 16 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses. Certain regular employees may have the potential for quarterly incentive-based bonuses and or commissions depending on role. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching.
