Job description: Alternate Locations: Radnor, PA (Pennsylvania); Fort Wayne, IN (Indiana); Greensboro, NC (North Carolina)Work Arrangement:Hybrid Preferred : Preferred employee will work 3 days a week in a Lincoln officeRelocation assistance: is not available for this opportunity.Requisition #: 74615The Role at a GlanceAs the Liquidity Operations Analyst you will be responsible for funding and cash investment transactions, including execution, settlement, accounting, and stakeholder reporting across repo, secured borrowing, money market, other cash investment/funding transactions. As you partner with other Finance teams, you will work to build and manage relationships with banking partners to support these activities while also working to improve and refine the infrastructure that supports these activities.What you'll be doing
- Manages tenor, quantity, type, and dispersion of outstanding transactions to address roll, execution, counterparty risk
- Invests excess cash in money market funds; works to bring new money market investments on line, improve visibility of excess cash position
- Monitors cash investment compliance against allowable investments, established guidelines
- Partners with Bank Relationship Management and Treasury teams to cultivate relationships with key liquidity providers to ensure continued access to liquidity, bring new uncommitted liquidity sources on line
- Monitors market conditions, disseminate updates to provide visibility on key trends and developments
- Partners with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements; build, enhance reporting to provide visibility on activity
- Develops, adheres to appropriate financial and SOX controls for area of responsibility
- Maintains general ledger accounts; reconciles cash and related transactions; identifies, researches, and resolves more complex discrepancies.
- Creates and maintains reports and provides more complex analysis to internal and/or external stakeholders.
- May prepare forecasts, explain variances, and provide more complex analysis and modeling to support evaluation of liquidity decision-making options.
- Resolves more complex issues with internal/external auditors in a collaborative manner.
- Identifies issues/concerns in designated area and makes recommendations to yield more effective operations.
- Contributes to the development of processes and procedures to ensure compliance with internal/external controls and requirements, SOX, and enterprise policies.
- 3-5+ Years experience in banking, trading, or treasury operations directly aligned to the specific responsibilities for this position.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Bloomberg and GLMX
- Experience with securities settlement, custodian interactions
- Strong problem-solving, process improvement, and critical thinking skills, identifying the appropriate resources and tools to drive solutions.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment.
Expected salary: $69000 - 124600 per year
