Job description: Madrigal is a biopharmaceutical company pursuing novel therapeutics for non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), also known as metabolic dysfunction associated steatohepatitis (MASH). Our first therapy, Rezdiffra (resmetirom), was granted accelerated approval by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of adults with NASH with moderate to advanced liver fibrosis (consistent with stages F2 to F3 fibrosis) and is being studied in a Phase 3 trial for the treatment of NASH with compensated cirrhosis. About the Role We are seeking a welcoming, organized, and professional Front Desk Administrator to serve as the first point of contact for our multi-floor office. This role is critical in creating a positive, efficient, and secure experience for all employees, visitors, and vendors. The ideal candidate will bring a strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset to front desk operations. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet and assist all visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy Manage visitor access across multiple floors, ensuring accurate tracking and adherence to security protocols Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and accurately Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area Reserve and prepare meeting rooms, including logistics support (e.g., AV setup, refreshments) Provide general administrative support (e.g., data entry, filing, calendar scheduling) to various departments Support interview logistics, including candidate greetings, room setup, and scheduling assistance Help onboard new employees by preparing badges, coordinating desk setups, and serving as a point of contact Manage office supply inventory and coordinate with vendors for replenishment Assist with planning and communication for internal events and office-wide initiatives Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or relevant administrative training a plus 2+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to manage confidential information with discretion Calm and professional demeanor, with a proactive, customer-focused approach This role requires 5 days in office in Conshohocken, PA (8:30am to 5pm) Compensation: Base salary is determined by several factors that include, but are not limited to, a successful candidate's qualifications, skills, education, experience, business needs, and market demands. The role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits, which include flexible paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, vision, and life and disability insurance.
