The future of the NWSL has never looked brighter.Position DescriptionReporting directly to the Director of Finance, this position will support financial analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting to support our League. This position requires strong communication skills to collaborate and work cross-functionally across the NWSL.Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
- 5+ years of experience in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and execute without close supervision.
- Ability to maintain strong 'customer service' and follow-up with all partner requests.
- Ability to deliver high quality work and execute under pressure/deadlines.
- As needed, flexibility to work non-traditional hours to support deliverables.
- Has a strong professional and positive presence/image that represents the league both internally and externally.
- Accountable for actions/decisions and guided by strong moral and ethical principles.
- Communicates in a direct, open, and honest manner.
- Seeks feedback.
