Job description: We are Titus-Will Chevrolet GMC Cadillac in Olympia! Titus-Will is a trusted, family-owned and operated business since 1938. We are currently looking for BDC representatives to help set appointments for our service department.Flexible hours available between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday-Saturday. Full-time position.What We Offer
- $35,520 - $45,760/year depending on experience
- 1.0 hours Paid Time Off (PTO) earned for every 40.0 hours worked

- Automotive BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal, phone, and written communication skills
- Punctual, reliable, and eager to improve
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Schedule service appointments and speak with customers every single day by following up over the phone after each appointment
- Actively listen to customers, answering their questions, and directing them appropriately as they request
- Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries
- Advise maintenance recommendations
- Confirm scheduled and missed appointments
Expected salary: $35520 - 45760 per year
