Job description: Solarity Credit Union is seeking a Full-time Senior IT Application Analyst! (Remote - WA, OR, ID, UT, AZ, NV, WY, AK, TX)This position will be onsite for Yakima County residents at our North 5th branch in Yakima, WA.As Solarity's Senior IT Application Analyst, you will ensure the success of organizational strategic goals and initiatives by analyzing, implementing, updating, configuring, and documenting critical computer systems and applications. Prioritize, prepare, and elevate strategic initiatives to IT sprint planning to ensure time is allocated for Solarity IT's highest priorities. Act as a mentor and servant leader for the Applications team by teaching and advising on best practices, security and advanced system configurations. - Four or more years of previous experience in complex system design, programming, and software/hardware support.
- Project Leadership experience.
- A bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field.
- The ability to work a schedule based on the needs of our members in Pacific Time Zone.
- Residency in one of the following states: WA, OR, ID, UT, AZ, NV, WY, AK, TX

From there, it's a mix of hands-on problem-solving and big-picture planning: jumping into complex escalations, leading root cause analyses, and identifying opportunities to streamline workflows through smart automation that boosts team efficiency and system performance.
