Operates all departmental equipment to process payroll and run reports. Although duties normally follow established procedures, responsibilities may include routine, minor corrections to documents ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. Works under general supervision of the Payroll Branch Chief. - This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
- This position requires that the incumbent be a U.S. Citizen or a Legal U.S. Resident for a minimum of 3 years.
Experience with basic payroll processing, employee tax documentation, and customer service concepts. Experience with payroll or accounting, with a commercial, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) compliant accounting software. Experience with basic formulas in Microsoft Excel is required.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):
