We partner with a dynamic e-commerce business specializing in both B2B and B2C operations. The company focuses on product launches and events, maintaining a strong social media presence to engage with its audience. They value proactive communication and are looking to streamline their digital marketing and sales processes.Why does this role exist?
We're seeking a Bilingual Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist to establish and maintain a structured content creation system while managing B2B and B2C operations. This role will be instrumental in enhancing the company's social media presence, coordinating event-related content, and managing client relationships, ultimately driving business growth through effective digital marketing strategies and sales initiatives.The Impact you'll makeContent Strategy & Social Media Management
  • Develop and maintain structured content calendars
  • Create and schedule social media posts, stories, and reels
  • Plan communication strategies for product launches and events
  • Utilize AI tools for content creation
Event Coordination
  • Organize and manage content requirements for upcoming events
  • Create checklists for photo and video needs
  • Ensure effective event information communication
Sales & Client Relations
  • Reach out to potential B2B clients
  • Handle collaboration inquiries
  • Manage client communications via WhatsApp
  • Follow up on client payments and documentation
Administrative Support
  • Schedule sales calls
  • Manage emails and calendar events
  • Coordinate with external marketing agencies
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory)
  • Proven digital marketing experience
  • Social media management expertise
  • Experience with B2B sales and lead generation
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Shopify
  • WFH Set-Up:
  • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
  • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
  • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
  • Back-up computer and internet connection
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
