Ensures the facility and its staff fulfill government credentialing and privileging regulations. Coordinates and monitors the credentialing process maintaining current information on all Licensed Independent Practitioners (LIPs) as well as Other Licensed or Certified Practitioners (OLCPs) with support and recommendations. Works closely with Supervisors to meet the needs of hospital credentialing, credentialing, and re-appointment for applicable staff. The Credentialing Coordinator also works closely with the party responsible for insurance enrollment. The Credentialing Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining credential information for LIPs and OLCPs in the EHR(s).Our ideal candidate for our Credentialing Coordinator position will have 1 years’ experience in credentialing or medical billing; they have their high school diploma or GED. Three (3) years credentialing experience and Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist certificate; preferred.Pay: $24.50 - $ 29.47 hourly considers preferred experience, certification and locale pay.Benefits:
