- Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team of developers and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software on time and within scope.
 - Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps, technical strategies, and delivery timelines.
 - Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices in Agile methodologies, code quality, and testing.
 - Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
 - Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
 - Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and support career development for team members.
 - Drive the adoption of modern tools, frameworks, and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
 - Identify and address risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks to ensure successful delivery.
 - Maintain high standards of security, scalability, and maintainability in all software products.
 
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
 - 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role in delivering B2B SaaS solutions.
 - Proven ability to manage and lead multidisciplinary teams, including developers and QA professionals.
 - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or AWS.
 - Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
 - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on achieving results.
 - Hands-on technical background in software development (e.g., Typescript, JavaScript, or similar technologies) and familiarity with modern frameworks and tools (e.g. Node.js, React.js, Angular.js, etc.).
 - Proven experience delivering and maintaining high-performance SaaS applications in AWS, leveraging containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, with expertise in diverse datastores including Postgres, Elasticsearch, and Snowflake.
 
- Experience with SaaS and multi-tenant application development.
 - Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven design.
 - Experience working in a highly regulated or security-sensitive environment.
 - Certification in Agile methodologies is a plus.
 
- High-Speed Internet - A stable broadband or fiber connection (satellite is highly discouraged) with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps in a dedicated workspace that has a reliable Wi-Fi signal.
